The staff are amicable and the location is great and amazing in the middle of jackson. Comfy bed, huge room that has a clean bathroom. Every time in Banos we stay in this hotel.

The hotel was quiet and the staff was nice. the atmosphere was peaceful, and the view of the mountains from my spacious room was great. I really enjoyed having a fully furnished kitchen to cook for myself. the location was near Baños, a residential area, and the city center. I had a really lovely stay for 3 nights.

the hotel was quiet and the staff nice, stunning location in the middle of jackson. the view of mountain from my big size room was exceptionally good. liked having a fully furnished kitchen to cook something by myself. location: the venue was right by the city centre as well as a residential area. went to volcan bar disc for drink or two, set at walking distance from the hotel.

This place has super spacious rooms and it's situated in a nice neighborhood. the breakfast spread is awesome with lots of tasty treats. the view from here is absolutely breathtaking and the beds are really cozy. 😊
